Our Approach

We represent all companies who have compliance and operational needs in the asset recovery space. Our clients include small, medium, and large financial institutions including fintech lenders, collection agencies, debt purchasers, law firms, and vendors to the industry. We pursue sensible solutions to issues focusing on practical responses to the business issues faced by our clients.

We will work to operationalize your company’s compliance goals with the aim to reduce both your litigation and regulatory risk.  Our primary objective is to help you avoid lawsuits rather than be forced to fight them in an environment where even a victory can be detrimental to your profitability.

This group also provides external general counsel services to companies who may not have their own internal legal resources. Our group allows clients to combine the benefits of intimate business operations knowledge with the benefits of having a retained external firm.

  • Provide clients with gap analysis in relation to its operational processes;
  • Review of written communications and scripts for verbal communications between employees and customers;
  • Perform internal reviews of compliance practices and risk assessments;
  • Provide external general counsel services for clients without internal legal resources; and
  • Train client employees on compliance and legal requirements while maintaining highly effective operations.
