Noah Fiedler, co-leader of B&N’s Attorneys Risk Management practice group, was recently appointed as a member of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Lawyers’ Professional Liability. Mr. Fiedler is the leader of B&N’s Wisconsin practice, and has served as the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers’ liaison to the ABA LPL committee for several years. The ABA LPL Committee is “your source for information on legal malpractice claim statistics, insurance for lawyers, and malpractice prevention tips.” In addition to presenting ethics CLEs for the Committee, Mr. Fiedler was the chair of the subcommittee that guided the compilation, editing, and publication of latest Profile of Legal Malpractice Claims 2020-2023, one of the Committee’s flagship publications.

Alyssa Johnson was also re-appointed as a Fellow of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Lawyers’ Professional Liability. Alyssa specifically focuses on engaging young professionals in the ABA LPL Committee so that the next generation of professionals can become actively involved in the ABA LPL Committee.
