Thomas Good is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Barron & Newburger, P.C. He works in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Law Practice Group and practices out of the Colorado office.

Experience

With over thirty years of experience in business and regulatory matters, Thomas Good has served as General Counsel of two of the nation’s largest debt buyers, taking one through a public stock offering and the other through a publicly traded bond offering. Working with the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Law Practice Group he provides outside General Counsel services, compliance advice, and assistance with mergers and acquisitions. His clients include financial institutions, collection agencies, secured lenders and private equity firms.

Prior to joining the accounts receivable management industry, Mr. Good worked with banks, commercial finance and leasing companies in the origination and management of agricultural and commercial finance and leasing transactions. His General Counsel experience has included oversight of corporate legal affairs, negotiation of debt and equity financing and oversight of compliance and regulatory matters.

Awards & Recognition

Mr. Good has been a speaker at conferences for the Commercial Law League of America and DBA International. In 2010 he was a finalist for the Denver Business Journal’s Corporate Counsel of the Year.

Personal

Mr. Good lives in the mountains west of Denver with his wife of over 30 years. He is the proud father of two accomplished adult children.
